All of our packages are shipped discreetly, in a plain box or envelope, displaying the sender's name as NID design.



Order Fulfillment Time

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days from the day the order was completed. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.

International Customers and Shipping Choices

Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. Amusex is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.



We offer International FedEx. Prices may vary depending on weight and size of the order.

We recommend the International FedEx option where available, as these packages are insured and traceable door-to-door. If your parcel is shipped by an insured or traceable method, we will replace or refund any shipments that are lost in transit (not held in Customs.)



Shipping Costs

The charge for shipping your order is determined by the weight and size of the products ordered and the shipping method you choose. Our automated system calculates your shipping charge and displays it for you at the time you choose your shipping method.



Overnight and Second-Day Shipping

When calculating time frames for overnight or second-day delivery, be aware that orders are picked up from our warehouses Monday through Friday and not on Saturday and Sunday. Overnight and Second-Day Shipping orders placed before noon Time (CST), Monday through Friday, will usually ship that same day. Orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. Overnight and Second-Day Shipping orders placed after noon on Friday will ship on Monday (or the next business day). Examples:

• Overnight: If your order is placed at 2 pm (CST) on Friday with overnight shipping, it will be shipped Monday.

• Second-Day: If your order is placed at 2 pm (CST) on Friday with second-day shipping, it will be shipped Monday.

We trust our delivery carriers, UPS, FedEX and DHL to do their best to deliver orders on time as advertised, but we cannot guarantee shipping times when carriers fall behind.



Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive a parcel, etc.) we will notify you by email.

 

If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on the part of Amusex or of the delivery service, then Amusex will either replace the order for you or refund all charges, at your choice.
